Division of costs into necessary and non-essential types:
Separate necessary and unnecessary expenses.
Necessary expenses: those expenses that are almost impossible to refuse, are necessary to maintain your well-being and health (electricity, water, etc.), apartment rent (if you rent a house), loan fees (if you have a loan), food and transportation costs, insurance premiums (if you have insurance), and others.
Non-necessary expenses: include all other expenses that may not be vital for your well-being. Examples of non-necessary expenses can be: cinema tickets, the cost of traveling by taxi instead of public transport, the cost of visiting a cafe or restaurant instead of taking snacks from home in the afternoon, etc.
